Inspired by an attendance to a familial boxing bout. “Ring in” is a Docufiction account of an authenticated fight. The work juxtaposes a structural narrative with accompanying artwork composed of found media and collages. Which through this , we are allowed a varied gaze into an occasion demarcated around; Sportsmanship, Masculinity and the corresponding violence of the bout.
