Bloody Nora is a health and well-being zine for people whose lives are shaped by the menstrual cycle. we aim to platform the lesser heard voices of womens, non-binary and trans health, whether that is lived experience or initiatives that are supporting women at different stages. This zine has been a massive collaborative project, with 20+ contributors sharing their creative expression through art, photography, writing etc to collectively paint a picture of the female experience. issue 01 explores themes of menopause, motherhood, breastfeeding, abortion, PCOS, medical gaslighting, PMDD, hormonal health, herbalism, nutrition and more.
