BLACK WATER by Paul Walton
2x zines, 210 x 210mm, 40 pages each, Black & white printed, Saddle stitched, Softcover, Comes in envelope w/ a one page poem, 2022
Two photobooks of darkroom prints from film and pinhole, one focused on an unremarkable lochan and one an unremarkable stream, both coincidentally named 'dubh' (Gaelic for black). Both are in ecologically degraded Scottish landscapes. Despite the degradation the places retain a charge residing in the light and water. The two books are wrapped together.
