LA FIESTA EN LA ÚLTIMA CASA (THE PARTY IN THE LAST HOUSE) by Olga Leiva

125 x 190mm, 110 pages, black and white, perfect bound, softcover, 2022

"The party in the last house", by Olga Leiva, is a hypnotic book. What are the thirteen houses? Who is Hassan-i-Sabbah? How do you get to the sky? Is it a book about love? Is it a book about death? In "The Party in the Last House" it is not so important to seek answers, but rather to let ourselves be carried away by the poetic prose that embarks us on an aesthetic and esoteric journey, a hunt with clear instructions: think, love and abandon.

Olga Leiva (Lund, Sweden, 1981) is a poet and designer. She has published La lengua del viento (2010), Bruja Boreal (2011), Catfish Japonés (2011, co-authored), Diamantismo (2013), Bionírica (2014) and Morada (2021). Her poems have appeared in various anthologies in Venezuela, Mexico, Paraguay, Guatemala, Uruguay and Sweden. Her book Diamantismo received a mention at the Juan Carlos Onetti Award.
