This project is an exploration of alternative research methods to record one woman's response to menstrual segregation and its ramifications through art, photography, documentary, performance, poetry, essay, comic, embroidery and more. It is a comment on the procolonial nature of traditional research and how difficult it can be for people in marginalised groups to access traditional research and institutions, culminating in a subversive publication detailing the segregation that happens to menstruating women in Hinduism.
