dig a well deep
and bury a body
or throw bleach on the floor
we spend the spatula
scraping caps
of dried blood
or why there are animals
that cry and scream
and throw themselves to the ground
when they see
another dead animal."

Francisca Lysionek (Buenos Aires, 1997) is a writer and artist. She studies Art History at the UBA. She has published Fresca y densa (2019), Registros de algo humido (2020) and Orfebrería, sirenas y papayas (2020), around which she created the ephemeral installation Museo del Canon Sine Qua Non.
