Miriam David is a lino printer from Sydney, Australia who recently relocated to London, UK. Her zine 'Sun King and the Shadow' is a small collection of work created over the last couple of months whilst moving overseas. Having been confined to paper and pencil (sometimes paint - if lucky), Miriam collated her sketches, as a way of not only documenting her process, during a time of transit, but also to share in the same way that she shares her linos ~ a travelling sketch book of sorts. The zine is 36 pages comprising of a small collection of sketches, linos and paintings, bound together with cotton thread by hand.
