O is an artist book with contributions by Dane Sutherland (UK) and Matjaz Vidmar (UK). Driven by a desire to investigate the concept of time, its constructed origins and digital futures, as well as the dichotomies between speculation and technological progress, the publication aims to reveal the undertones resulting from the ordinariness of our understanding of time. o also explores the connection between organic and digital, natural and synthetic, real and virtual. The visual imagery accompanying the texts are screenshots from the installation oo, frozen in time at random moments of the growth process.
