SUNDAY: PART THREE by Jack Dunleavy and Lawrence Dodgson

17 x 25cm, 24 pages, full colour printing, staple bound, 2021

Sunday, Saturday, Friday, Thursday, Tuesday, Monday is an experiment in autofiction. It combines visual and textual narrative techniques to tell the story of four friends and how their relationships with one another change over a ten year period. It touches on suicide, schizophrenia, poetry and adolescent romance. But that’s only half the story. At the back, a long explanatory text reframes the narrative, blurring the line between life and fiction and turning everything you’ve just read on it’s head.
