'Holdfast was founded by recent graduates of the Glasgow School of Art, as a way to keep close working ties with one another and with the city of Glasgow as we embark on our individual practices, which may carry us far across the world.

We have found over time that our work shares recurring and complementary elements, including the blending of organic and man-made materials, and ecological themes. By working both independently and collaboratively we are able to broaden and support each other’s practices, as well as working towards common goals.
