Italian artist Francesco Marrello uses digital drawing to create abstract compositions that resemble maps, paintings, video game landscapes, and pixel-ravaged jpegs. In an interview included in the book (in Italian with an English translation), Marrello describes his process as a record of his days - they are abstract maps, universal images, of a personal moment. Printed in four high-key colors, this book vibrates and hums and pops.
