"Flower Vase is a collection of photocopied collages used as reference material to drawings and installation. Investigating drawing as a process; these images translate the black and white gradient fragments within Chow's work. The grainy architectural objects such as clocks, windows, and mirrors point to a visual examination of form; where frames later merge within borders to construct illusionistic interior landscapes."
