Out of Hand is an experimental dining experience and food performance founded by artist and chef duo Connie Burlton and Nick Marsden. Aiming to blur the boundaries of food and art, their one-of-a-kind dinners unite high cuisine with bespoke, handcrafted tablewares which challenge the conventions of eating.
Their first publication, 'Out of Hand' made in collaboration with Josh Croll, presents a curated selection of photographs which act as a visual recording of a dinner held on 04/12/21. The photographs of dishes and happenings are accompanied by a short text by writer and guest Holly Pollard. This is a limited edition of 35 copies, printed in Glasgow with cover printing and assembly in London.
